First Impressions with Ghost

I've been creating websites for years, but now that I'm semi-retired and creating one for myself, I wanted it to be easy based on my honed standards of easy.

From first impressions, ghost.org looks to be killing it.

First of all, it's open source, so you can readily boot up a version of it on AWS, or just use their pre-packaged premium service.

The SEO/metadata concerns are well sorted out.

Collecting email lists and subscription payments is well integrated through Stripe.

Editing is quick and painless. Caching seems reasonable. Themes from thoughtful developers are freely available on Github.

Not sure what else you could want. I certainly won't be recommending WordPress to anyone after this. If anything, I need to convert some existing sites to Ghost.
